As a fitness fanatic I had always dreamed of packing in my office job and changing careers. It was after the birth of my fourth child back in 2013 that I decided to make that a reality. I used my time on maternity leave, roped in friends and family to help with childcare and made that dream come true. It's safe to say I have not looked back since.
As a busy mum, I am passionate about helping other mums live a healthy balanced lifestyle whilst juggling work and other commitments. My qualifications include; Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Padwork, Teens, Ante-Natal/Post-Natal & Suspension Training. I am incredibly driven and passionate about this industry and am constantly advancing my knowledge and skill sets.
A little bit about us.....
After the birth of my 3rd child, I started going to the gym; at first just to get my fitness levels back up but then it quickly turned into a passion when I felt the powerful effects it had on my daily life by providing me with more energy, drive, oomph and an increase in strength.
I became increasingly interested in staying fit and healthy and so it was a natural progression to turn my passion into a career.
In order to gain as much experience as possible I started my Personal Training career at Virgin Active and then last year took the plunge and started up on my own.
I am a fully qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Ante/post Natal, Suspension Training, Advanced Fitness Testing, Group Cycle, Bootcamp and Circuits.
The world of Health and Fitness is constantly evolving so I am always look to improve my skill-set so that I can be a better trainer for myself and my clients.
