At ace we offer ‘1-2-1’ and ‘1-2-few’ Personal Training sessions in the comfort of your own home or in one of our two studio’s in NW London.

 

We also have weekly classes offering something for everyone; BABYace for new mum’s and their babies, TEENace for the teenagers and many different classes offering aceHIIT and aceBOOTCAMP sessions to name just a few.

This 12 week programme is designed for anyone looking to lose weight, shape up and get healthier. It is a semi-private programme where you work as part of a group of 10 like-minded people. You will be encouraged to aid and support each other by sharing your daily step count, exercise updates and anything else you wish to share through our private WhatsApp group. Our trained nutritionist  will device a personalised plan for you and will be available, alongside a Personal Trainer throughout your programme to help guide and advise you and to answer any questions you may have at any time.

We don't believe in formatted meal plans because we do not believe these are sustainable and we want to empower you to change your life forever. This programme gives you the tools to create your own meal plan and will get you more active in your everyday life which we guarantee will lead to noticeable results.
